Enjoy a delectable Mother’s Day Lunch at Nederburg’s restaurant, The Manor, on 9 May 2021. From just R155 per person, you can enjoy a flavoursome lunch including tantalising dishes like a traditional lamb stew, grilled whole fillet, oven-roasted oxtail, pan-fried kingklip and more. All paired with wines of course, you can choose by the glass or by the bottle.
Mother’s Day Lunch Menu: Chef Jerry Kennedy
- Traditional lamb stew served with chakalaka, samp and beans;
- Grilled whole fillet of beef with jus; oven-roasted oxtail with garlic mashed potatoes;
- Pan-fried kingklip with smoked spring onions and lemon butter sauce;
- Melanzane parmigiana; and more.
The selection of side dishes are creamed spinach & feta, cinnamon and honey-glazed pumpkin wedges, crispy salted skin-on potato wedges, candied baby beets with gratinated goat’s chevin and cumin, potato spuds with whipped crème fraiche, garden salad and many more!
Sharable feast for a minimum of 4 and maximum of 20 guests is R155 per person for one main dish and two side dishes, or R185 per person for two mains and two sides. You can also add an extra side dish at R30 per person.
The Manor will also be serving all dishes featured on its à la carte menu, including delectable desserts. This option is recommended for groups of less than four guests, although also available to larger groups.
