The soul of Klein Roosboom is beautifully expressed through their new wine labels. These labels exude classic elegance, reflecting the love and pursuit of excellence that defines this family enterprise. The label redesign was a labour of love undertaken by the De Villiers family, led by Karin’s daughter, Marné Roos, and brought to fruition by the esteemed team at Bravo Design.
Brenden Schwartz, founder of Bravo Design, shared his insights on the project: “It was a remarkable experience to get to know the family while working collaboratively with them. The process was truly a co-creation, with both the design team and clients fully engaged in the development.”
Honouring a Rich Heritage
The new labels proudly showcase the De Villiers family crest, a symbol of their rich heritage. Additionally, the year 1689 has been included, commemorating the arrival of the first De Villiers in South Africa among the French Huguenots. Each label carries a piece of history and tradition, inviting wine enthusiasts to connect with the past while savoring the present.
A Touch of Luxury
To complete the transformation, Klein Roosboom has upgraded its wine closures to feature gold capsules, adorned with the Klein Roosboom emblem in black. The rosé’s closure is in white, with the logo elegantly embossed in silver. This meticulous attention to detail adds a touch of luxury to every bottle.
