Enjoy great food and wine at the new Saturday Supper Club at Tobago’s restaurant, Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel.
Chef Norman has designed a menu of hearty, winter warmer dishes, which are carefully paired with vineyard specific local wines.
The first Saturday Supper Club event will take place on Saturday 27th May and the food will be paired with wines from Remhoogte farm.
Taking place on the last Saturday of the month for the winter season, this is the first in a series of five events. Each event will feature a different wine farm.
